Tipuana Community

This community consists of 24 two and three bedroom apartments with large terraces or gardens at ground level and 12 detached three bedroom villas with a surface area of 123 sq. metres on plots ranging from 500 to 1,000 sq. metres, with private pool and magnificent views out to the coast.


Apart from 48 two and three bedroom apartments, the Encina Community includes a series of semi-detached Perdiz villas that have sold very well. After the success of the initial sales phase (18 Perdiz villas were delivered in 2010), building started on 8 additional ones, which were sold immediately and delivered to the owners during the summer of 2012.

Encina has has communal gardens with a pool.

Roble Community

The Roble Community comprises 14 semi-detached Abejaruco villas, with communal green area and pool. Jacaranda Community

The homes at the Jacaranda Community were delivered at the end of 2010. The community comprises a total of 14 villas, 10 semi-detached Abejaruco villas and 4 individual Malvasía villas.
The Malvasía villas have four bedrooms, large terraces and two parking spaces. They cover an external gross area of around 190 sq. metres, distributed over two floors, and enjoy a private garden covering an area of up to 1,000 sq. metres, with an optional pool.

Palmito Community

Located in the central area of the Golf & Country Club, with magnificent views over the golf course and out to Mediterranean woodland, this is one of the most exclusive communities comprising just 6 villas: 2 semi-detached villas Abejaruco and four individual Pardela and Malvasía villas. They share a communal green area and pool.
The Pardela villas from the first sales phase are the largest and boast the biggest private gardens. Mini Market

The commercial services offered by Las Colinas Golf & Country Club now includes a Mini Market near the Clubhouse. Residents and visitors will find a wide range of food, cleaning and personal care products available for purchase. The opening hours are from 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 3pm and from 4pm to 7pm on Saturday.
